2006 Fire Station Red Cabernet Sauvigonon, Central Coast

Dramatic aromatics of bright cherry and cassis lead to a lush palate of blackberry, ripe cherry, spicy vanilla and cocoa. A dramatic statement of Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon with the benefit of 8% Petite Sirah from Napa Valley that enhances both structure and mouthfeel.

2004 Fire Station Red Shiraz, Lodi and Amador County

Complex black fruit, intense blackberry and black raspberry join with lively spice and toasty notes of warm vanilla. Sixteen months in both American and French oak, this wine was given the full benefit of evolving gracefully. The flavors are lush and mouth-filling and the finish is long and delicious. A blend of 85% Syrah, 12% Petite Sirah, and 3% Viognier, this lovely Shiraz was harvested from small family owned vineyards in Lodi and Amador.
